Their drawing starts it.
Before the day, your child invents a creature. You share their drawing and a few family details with us; these become the Post Office’s secret signs.
“I made that!”
A world written around you.
A private adventure for your whole family, built around your child’s imagination. Follow clues, meet live characters and discover what you can do together.

A sign from their drawing appears on a real doorway. Behind it, the Postmaster is waiting with a parcel and a mystery for your family to solve.
You solve clues, try on costumes and share the surprise. A producer takes care of the day, so you can be fully in it together.
The adventure, step by step
One possible adventure for your family. Your child leads; everyone has a part. Together, you restore the missing address and discover who the parcel belongs to.

Before the day, your child invents a creature. You share their drawing and a few family details with us; these become the Post Office’s secret signs.
“I made that!”

An invitation brings your family to the Postmaster. His parcel carries your child’s sign, but the address has vanished. He needs all of you to help find it.
“You drew this sign. I think you can help.”

Your child chooses a hat or a satchel. You can dress for a part, too. The Wardrobe Keeper slips a different clue into each explorer’s pocket.
“Every explorer needs a pocket for clues.”

Each person has a different clue. You help fit the map together; your child chooses which path to try. The answer needs all of you.
“Which way would you go?”

The Mapmaker asks for words only your family would know. You say them together. A sealed box opens, revealing the final piece of the map.
“Try the words only your family knows.”

The map leads everyone back to the Post Office. The parcel bears your child’s name. Inside: their creature, made by hand, and a letter about the adventure you shared.
“This has been your story all along.”
An illustrated example. Your child’s drawing, cast and final gift are designed with you.
Your way into the story
A family discovery or a birthday mission. Everyone gets a useful part.

A private adventure for your child, siblings and grown-ups. Your child can lead; you get to be surprised, too.
Friends bring drawings or little ideas into one shared story. The birthday child has their moment; everyone helps the surprise happen.

He has the parcel and the first question. His brass speaking tube can answer with words your child knows by heart.

She helps them choose a part, then hides a useful clue among the hats, pockets and curious objects.

She reads secret ink, listens to their ideas and brings a little live magic to the search for the missing piece.
Illustrated cast for this example. The characters in your experience are created around your family.
The personal part
Their drawing on a parcel. A family phrase in a speaking tube. A friend’s idea hidden in the map. Your shared life becomes the story’s secret language.

A creature they invented becomes a sign, a story clue and a handmade keepsake. You approve the design before we make it.
You share a familiar saying, a favourite joke or a tiny family ritual. When a character brings it into the story, you recognise it together.
For a birthday, each friend can contribute a drawing or an idea through their parent. The birthday child leads; everyone helps the same story reach its ending.
We agree the parent-only outline with you. Share a few drawings, phrases or memories online once the story is agreed. Each friend’s parent can approve a small contribution. Family photographs are optional; public use needs separate permission.
A world around your people
A neighbourhood, a private venue or a familiar place transformed. We choose the setting around your story.

A shaded neighbourhood route and a private indoor base. Familiar streets hold unexpected encounters.
Your home, approved condo spaces or a private venue can become part of the story.
A school setting can host team missions and story stations for groups from 12 children.
We confirm venue or operator permission, access, supervision and the final route before booking. Condo and school spaces require their own agreement. An attraction or nature setting can also be explored with its operator.
Indoor pauses, short transitions and a weather alternative are planned around the group. Tell us about accessibility, sensory preferences and the pace that suits your family.

Teleport Family
Their drawing. A lost address.
A parcel with a secret.
Every adventure begins somewhere
A child’s drawing brings the whole family into an adventure. Each of you holds a clue. One mission: restore the parcel’s missing address.
Open the storyA world written around you.
After we agree the outline, you share one drawing and a few family details through the agreed online process. Friends can contribute through their own parents. The child sees an invitation; you know how the story has been prepared.
First: follow their sign.
The drawing
Your child draws a creature nobody has seen before. This little mark will open a much bigger world.
The invitation
Their creature is on the envelope. The Secret Post Office has a parcel it cannot deliver.
The mission
Inside the letter: a small map with one piece missing. Bring your grown-ups and follow it to the green door.
The goal: discover who the parcel belongs to.
The sign
Your family spots the creature on a real doorway. Your child recognises it first: the Secret Post Office is real.
The Postmaster
On the Postmaster’s desk is a familiar photograph. How did it get here? Your family has found the right place.
The parcel
“I need a careful explorer,” says the Postmaster. “Can you help me find who this belongs to?”
Everyone has a useful part.
The wardrobe
The Wardrobe Keeper helps them choose their explorer’s clothes. A pocket holds the first clue for the map.
The route
Two paths. A familiar mark. They choose a way through the neighbourhood, with their family close by.
The clues
One person finds a stamp; another spots a symbol. Your child brings the clues together. Everyone has helped find the next stop.
Their words and ideas unlock the answer.
The Mapmaker
At a little table, you find a note from the Mapmaker. The last piece of the map is locked inside a small box.
The magic
You try the words your family knows by heart. Together, you say them to the box. The Mapmaker opens it: the final fragment is there.
The answer
The fragment fits. The route leads to a lantern-lit courtyard and back to the Postmaster. They are ready to deliver the parcel.
The missing address finally makes sense.
The last address
In the courtyard, the Postmaster reads the restored address aloud. It is the child’s own name.
The reveal
You gather around as your child opens the parcel. Inside is their creature, made by hand, and a letter celebrating what you found together.
Something imagined has become something real.
Their story
Back home, you lay out the map together. Each person remembers a different moment. Your child tells the story you all helped make.
One more letter
If you choose an epilogue, a letter arrives a few days later. Their creature has a little more news to share.

No. They can be curious, quiet, talkative or take their time. Our characters respond to them, and the adventure follows their pace.
Yes. Parents and guardians join as fellow explorers throughout. You may hold a clue, become a character’s ally or help your child make a choice. We agree the roles and pace with you; siblings and friends can have their own parts, too.
A private family can discover the story together. Our core birthday format is 4–8 children; 9–12 use two smaller teams and one shared ending. School groups from 12 children have a separate plan on one agreed site, with facilitators and adult supervision.
Private family experiences start from S$8,888. For a more extensive story, you can indicate a starting budget of S$20,888 in your enquiry. These are budgets for the whole experience, not per person. We agree the story, inclusions and total price with you before production. Allow 1–3 months for planning.
Stories are created for ages 5–12, with the pace, challenges and roles shaped around the children. For mixed ages, we design different ways to contribute to the same story.
No. The Secret Post Office is one illustrated example. We can start with your child’s drawing, a favourite interest or a family memory, then create the characters, route and final surprise around them.
A personal story, live characters, a producer and a closing keepsake form the core. We agree the costume room, story magic and handmade gift as part of your creative outline. Professional photography and film remain separate choices.
