What you share
We receive the name, email address and experience preferences you enter, together with any message you choose to share. Family enquiries may include a child’s age and the number of children. Please enquire as a parent or guardian and leave children’s photographs and sensitive personal information out of this first enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to respond, discuss a possible experience and prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
How the form is delivered
Our form uses Web3Forms, with FormSubmit as a backup, to relay your enquiry to [email protected]. Both services state that they retain form submissions for 30 days. Our enquiry correspondence is also held in our email account for follow-up and any agreed project.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation is held in our WhatsApp Business account and is used only to answer you. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of the information you have shared, or to ask a privacy question. Any later sharing of family photographs is agreed separately with the parent or guardian.
