A few things to know

Before the
unexpected.

How do you keep it a surprise?

We plan directly with the person proposing and agree a discreet way to communicate. Use an email address your partner does not share, and let us know any contact preferences during the first conversation.

Can the final moment feel quiet and private?

Yes. The tone is agreed with you: intimate, playful, understated or something else that feels right. We discuss the final setting and how the actors leave space for the two of you.

How far ahead should I book?

Please enquire at least 3–4 weeks before your preferred date. The story, actors and final setting are confirmed personally, after we agree the details and full price.

Is a photographer included?

Photography is optional and priced separately. If you would like a photographer, select the option in your enquiry and we will discuss the arrangements with you.

What is the price, and what if the weather changes?

We provide a full quote before you book, with the inclusions and any optional photography clearly set out. The meeting point, route, final setting and weather arrangements are agreed during planning.
