01

Written for one guest on board

Eight people sail. One of them does not know the day was written. Every mark on the chart is a scene — and the bay plays along.

02

From a tender to a superyacht

The story scales to the deck. We come aboard once before the day, meet the crew and write them in — on your boat or one we introduce.

03

Timed to the tide

Cast-off, the beach, the anchorage, the return — five scenes with a time next to each. Nothing happens by accident, including the stranger on the jetty.

THE SKIPPER

Real.

Yours or the charter’s. He knows the plot and the tide, and only has to look at the sky at the right moment.

THE DECKHAND

Written.

Rehearsed for eleven days. Coils the lines, drives the tender, and has had an envelope in his pocket since Tuesday.

THE NEXT BOAT

Not a stranger.

Anchors beside you at 15:28 and rows across with an album she last saw twenty years ago. Not everyone on the next boat is who they seem.

YOUR GUESTS

Seven of them know.

One of them does not. The crew never say which.

Notes for the host

Questions

How long is the day? –

From cast-off to the last line, about eight hours. A sunset version and an overnight at anchor are written on request.

Can it be our own yacht? –

Yes. We come aboard once before the day, meet your crew and write them in. If you do not have a boat in Singapore, we introduce one.

What if it rains? –

The story has a wet-weather chapter. It is written before the day.

How many guests? –

Two to twelve. The boat sets the limit, not the story.

Will she know? –

Not until the radio calls her name.

Who makes the bookings? –

We do. Once the script is written, Teleport brings it to life: the cast, the venues, the reservations, the props and the set. You arrive; the day is already in motion.
